James Clear’s 2-Minute Rule says: make the first step of any habit so simple it feels ridiculous to skip. Reading for an hour? Start by reading one page. Running five miles? Start by tying your shoes. Then, stack it. Anchor your new habit to something automatic you already do: "After I brush my teeth, I’ll stretch for two minutes." Master the art of starting, and your future self will do the heavy lifting.

This week’s wallpaper is a photo I took in Summit Lake, Colorado. Mount Blue Sky is closed right now for repairs but when it opens back up I plan to go back to summit lake for more quality time.
